With drinks:

  • Char-grilled filet of Salmon with horseradish, mustard, rum and capers.
  • Steamed mussels in Thai broth.
  • Chicken kebabs with spicy peanut sauce.

Main Course:

  • Grilled Rib eye stuffed with smoked mushrooms and Moroccan Rub.
  • Grilled Groper/Hapuka filets on the skin coated with Chermoula.
  • Boneless Skinless Chicken thighs with a salsa of char-grilled peppers and Persian spices.
  • Accompanied by variety of salads, homemade chutneys, mustards.

Dessert:

  • Grilled peaches with crème Fraiche pistachio nuts and Amaretto.
