Raymond's Corporate & Group BBQ Courses

Corporate Barbequing/ Team building with BBQ Gourmet: Raymond’s courses create an excellent team-building opportunity, ideal for hosting clients or promoting cohesion among staff. As a reward or to firm up business relationships, the Corporate course can be a single workshop, an intensive course, or a demonstration with meal. Tailor-made to suit.


~ Three Main Options ~

A. Elementary Course

 
  • 3 ½ hour course
  • Acquire knowledge of good barbequing techniques and skills applying Raymond’s TIT theory (Tools Ingredients Taste).
  • The focus of the course is on skills and techniques (not just recipes).
  • Some sampling of grilled food. (There will be plenty of opportunity to sample the food but a meal is not included).
  • Not hands on.
  • 32-page hand-out included.
  • Cost: At Peak House $75 per person (incl.GST).
  • Other: (approved*) location $85 per person (incl.GST) plus travel.
  • Minimum 16 people, maximum 30 people (depending on the venue).

B. Elementary Course with Meal

 
  • 4-4½ hours - 2 hour class with meal following.
  • Entrée prepared on the barbeque in front of participants followed by two hour course and buffet meal - three meats, salads, potatoes and desserts grilled on the barbeque.
  • Not hands on.
  • 32-page hand-out included.
  • Cost: At Peak House $95 per person (incl.GST).
  • Other: (approved*) location $110 per person (incl.GST) plus travel.
  • Minimum 16 people, maximum 30 people (depending on the venue).

C. Elementary Course and Grill your Own Meal

 
  • 3 hour class (In total 6½ - 7 hours including preparation, cooking and dining).
  • Participants complete course then put their skills into practice preparing a three-course meal (seafood, meats, desserts) on the barbeques.
  • All food will be served from a buffet. (Potatoes, salads provided).
  • Hands on.
  • 32-page hand-out included.
  • Cost: At Peak House $110 per person (incl.GST).
  • Other: (approved*) location $120 per person (incl.GST) plus travel.
  • Minimum 15 people, maximum 30 people (depending on the venue).

* Other venues must be approved as suitable for health, hygiene and safety. Further travel costs may be additional to course fee.
