Below is an overview of the various courses and workshops personally facilitated by the BBQ Gourmet. Raymond has structured these very enjoyable courses to accommodate a variety of times and skill requirements. They range from Complete Courses spanning five weeks, to one-day three-hour Workshops.
Raymond will be conducting courses in Hawke's Bay at No 5 Cafe & Larder in Mangateretere (next to the golf course).

Complete BBQ Gourmet Course - Five Weeks Held for three hours per week over a period of five weeks, Raymond's Complete BBQ Course is hands-on.
Complete BBQ Gourmet Course - Intensive This weekend course covers all the material included in the five week course, but in a single weekend.
Elementary BBQ Gourmet Course [Basics] Not to be underestimated, the Elementary BBQ Gourmet Course will give you a sound grounding in barbecue, grilling and indirect grilling techniques, in three hours.
BBQ Gourmet Workshops Each workshop demonstration covers one particular BBQ topic, and is held in a single three-hour session. Workshops are held at No5 Cafe & Larder.
BBQ Gourmet Corporate & Group Courses Raymond is happy to arrange special courses to suit the requirements of businesses and organisations.
