From BBQ safety to introducing flavour to your food, what to cook, and how; grilling and indirect grilling, gas v’s charcoal (& how to make the most of both) – all delivered with Raymond’s trademark blend of humour and expertise.

The focus of the course is on skills and techniques (not just recipes). Some sampling of grilled food. NOT Hands on. 36-page hand out included. Limited entry – min 14, max 25.
