Based at the Cheval Room in the heart of the beautiful Hawkes Bay, BBQ Gourmet offers a large and accommodating venue for your wedding function. Alternatively we can cater at a venue of your choice.

We have a wonderful Front of House Team who will ensure  every aspect of your special day goes off as planned. Tom and our catering team will work with you to create a dining experience to suit your needs and budget.

Capacity
Cheval Room can seat up to 250 guests at round tables, with a dance floor.

Venue Dressing
We can supply white linen table cloths & black chair covers to create a blank canvas for your wedding theme. Our experienced team will work with you to apply your theme to the venue for your big day.

Beverage Options
Our full bar offers a range of options, including soft drinks, wine, a range of bottled beers, plus a top shelf range. We can discuss the best beverage selection to suit your guests and budget.
